I’m a Life Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. I know what it’s like to want more from life and, not have the foggiest idea what to do about it.

My coaching superpower is asking people powerful questions that stop them in their tracks - Luckily I’m also good at helping people figure out what to do after that “Ah, ha” moment (as well as those 🤯 moments!) so they can DO something with that little nugget of gold.

But what about this life coaching and breathwork business? (And what is breathwork meditation anyway?)

Life coaching is about working with you to figure out the best way forward (and it’s not about telling you you’ve ‘done life wrong’ or just giving you a list of things to do each week!)

Breathwork is an active breathing meditation (basically, you lie down and breathe.) It uses the mind-body connection to help you listen to what your body and your intuition are telling you.

FAQs

  • We’ll start by talking though what’s going on for you and then I’ll guide you through the breathwork portion of your session. After you’ve done breathwork, there will be time to chat about anything that came up for you and/or ask questions.

  • That’s totally ok! I’ll show you the breathing pattern before we start and be there to guide you through the whole way.

    • a reliable internet connection

    • ear buds

    • journal and pen

      For the breathwork part of your session it can also be helpful to have:
      - blanket and eye pillow
      - glass of water for afterwards
      - somewhere quiet to lie down where you won’t be disturbed

    Wearing clothing that is comfortable and unrestricted is also high recommended (e.g PJs!)

  • Absolutely! You can also do breathwork sitting down with your back supported.

  • Please check with your health provider and discuss what’s right for you and your circumstances.

  • Sure! Provided you’ve got a stable internet connection you can join from anywhere.
